Recording Time, Fees and Cost Recovery items from within Word, Outlook and Excel.

Open the relevant document from within LEAP.
Select which recipient the letter is to be sent.
Once the letter has been generated, click Time, Save & Close.
You will be returned to the matter within LEAP with the New Billable Items form available for selecting which items you wish to record.

The Billing Stage, and Activity Rate options will be populated in accordance with the matter type that the matter has been set as, e.g. the Billing Stage options for civil work will be Controlled Work and Licensed Work.
