What is the LEAP Beta Software Programme?
The programme lets you try out pre-release software. The feedback you provide on usability and quality helps us identify improvements to help make our software even better. The software you receive is not available outside of this programme and remains work in progress. However, the software has undergone thorough testing internally, and we believe it to be market ready but only real-world usage will ensure this.
How do I get the public beta software?
Once you have signed up, we will assess your suitability for the software we are planning to release and will enable the functionality for you. You will receive an email with details on how to use the software from our Product Management team, which may include videos, user guides or webinars.
Am I obliged to use the public beta software?
We do not force our tester to use the software however, as with all our product development our aim is to help streamline the way you work so you really stand to benefit. We will be tracking your usage and our Product Management team will be in touch regularly to help you use it.
How do I provide feedback to LEAP?
You can either email beta@leap.co.uk or click on the feedback button inside the software. By signing up, you consent for any feedback received to be used for marketing purposes, but you can choose to remain anonymous.
Do I have to pay to join the LEAP Beta Software Programme?
No, it is completely free for you to join. You will need to be paying for LEAP and have the LEAP software installed and in use.
Will I receive any compensation?
No, the LEAP Beta Software Programme is entirely voluntary. Participation provides you access to the latest developments and a voice in the shaping of the software we develop. You may also be contacted by our Product Management team to discuss possible future developments.
Is the public beta software confidential?
Yes. Do not disclose any detailed information outside of your organisation or LEAP about the software.

If you need support during the public beta, please use the feedback button as the software is not supported by the Helpdesk until it is fully released.
