LEAP has released new form versions in line with updates from publishing bodies. These updates include the following forms:
T110: Application to First-tier Tribunal (Mental Health) Mental Health Act 1983 - published 03 October by HMTCS
TM16: Application to record a change of ownership - published 05 October by the Intellectual Property Office
CA1: Court Appointee Claim - published 30 September by the Legal Aid Agency
CRM2: Apply for Advice and Assistance - published 30 September by the Legal Aid Agency
CRM7: Non standard fee magistrates court claim for appeal - published 30 September by the Legal Aid Agency
