Land Registry Information

All of the Land Registry forms are set up in LEAP as word documents that are heavily automated so that it does not require manual work from our clients when using them. When using these forms, there is important information that you need to make sure you are completing within LEAP for this automation to work. Whilst it is important that ALL information is completed in a matter, by completing the following information, you will find that when opening these forms, you will not be required to check boxes and fill out information in the forms. Firm Details Firm Details is where you enter all information and settings regarding your firm. To get here click onto Tools and Firm Details. In here you will find where to enter your Land Registry number as well as selecting the tick box if you are under a Direct Debit arrangement with them. Property Details All of the information in Property should be completed if relevant. Specific areas that will help fill out your form are:
  • Tenancy
  • Title Guarantee
  • Title (Whole, Part or Other)
  • Leasehold or Freehold
