Restart your device.

Check if the original file on your computer, outside LEAP, opens correctly. If necessary, re-import it.

Check the Windows Default Apps Settings to ensure that the correct default program is set. 

.docx files are document files used by Microsoft Word.

.msg files are message files used by Microsoft Outlook.

.pdf files are portable document format files opened by Adobe Acrobat.

Refresh the Matter - While on the open matter, press F5 to refresh and re-download the contents. Alternatively, click the Reload button  (two circular arrows) located in the top-left corner of the Matter window.

Redownload the matter - Hold the ALT key and double-click on the matter from the Matter List to re-download the matter. Continue holding ALT until the "Downloading" dialog box appears.

Ask a colleague to confirm whether the document can be opened on their LEAP system. If the documents are accessible on their workstation, it suggests the issue is isolated to your machine. In such cases, perform a LEAP Repair, an Automation Repair and ensure LEAP is added to your Antivirus and Firewall Exception List.
