If you come across the message alert 'This account is currently being reconciled by another user', please note that another staff member within the firm may be attempting to access the Client Funds Account Reconciliation window at the same time. 

Click Take Over Exclusive Access if you wish to continue or Close. 

You may also receive this alert if you have opened the Client Funds Account Reconciliation in another tab/window or a different browser. Please check your other browser tabs/windows if in case you have opened the Client Funds Account Reconciliation in another instance. You can log out of the Client Funds Account Reconciliation page by clicking the power icon located in the top-right corner of the browser window. You may also need to wait for up to 5 minutes for LEAP to synchronise.

Another way to resolve the issue is by opening the affected user profile in Application Settings, then clicking Sign Out & Clear on all listed devices.

If your Client Funds Account Reconciliation window is not loading, you may wish to clear your browser cache and reopen the Client Funds Account Reconciliation window. You may also need to restart your device.
