Refresh the Reports page:

Click on the Refresh button of your browser, which is a circular arrow located to the left of the address bar.

Clear browser caches and cookies:

Clearing your browser's cache and cookies can help resolve issues such as reports not loading or working, report appearing blank and being unable to select options from dropdown menus in reports. Follow the steps below for your specific browser:

NOTE: Clearing cookies may log you out of some websites. 

Additionally, you may want to try switching browsers to rule out any browser-related issues.

Re-generate the report:

Navigate to LEAP Menu > Reports, reopen the Reports page, and regenerate the report to ensure the most recent data is fetched and reloaded.

Check if the report is designed to be cached daily.

While most LEAP reports offer real-time data, certain reports, such as the Practice Overview Report and Archived Matters Report, are cached on a daily basis. This means that data entered after today's initial run time will be included in the report generated on the following day and will not be reflected in today's report. 

Restart your computer.

Restarting your computer can help resolve various issues such as error messages.
