Online Payments Receipts Report (Office Account)

Purposes: The Online Payments Receipts report (previously known as the RapidPay Receipts report) lists all receipts recorded in the Office Ledger for payments made via Online Payments within a specified date range. A bank account selection is required to generate the report.

Location: LEAP Menu > Report (BETA) > Office > Online Payments Receipts

Report Filters:

Date Range Displays Online Payments Receipts dated within the specified date range.
Bank Account Lists either All or selected Office Bank Account, or Undeposited Receipts.
Expand Row GroupsChoose Yes to expand results with additional receipt details.

Report Fields:

DateTransaction date of the receipt.
Receipt NoReference number of the receipt.
Payment Settlement DateThe date the Online Payments transaction is cleared and is settled into the Bank Account.

If the item is expanded, the following will display:
  • Matter number.
  • Client’s short name.
Debtors Mailing Address The mailing address associated with the debtor who made the payment.
MemoAny notes or comments entered with the receipt (e.g. payment purpose or client reference).
ReversedIndicates whether the receipt was reversed or not.
Amount Ex TaxThe receipt amount excluding tax.
TaxThe tax portion of the receipt. 
Amount Inc TaxThe total payment amount, inclusive of tax.
Total AmountThe receipt’s value excluding tax.

Location: LEAP Menu > Report (BETA) > Office > Online Payments Receipts

Report Filters:

Start DateDisplays Online Payments Receipts from this date based on their transaction date.
End DateDisplays Online Payments Receipts until this date based on their transaction date.
Bank Account Lists either All or selected Office Bank Account, or Undeposited Receipts.
ExpandResults are expanded and lists additional receipt details.

Report Fields:

DateTransaction date of the Receipt.
Rec NoReference number of the Receipt.
RapidPay Settlement DateThe date the Online Payments transaction is cleared and is settled into the Bank Account.

If the item is expanded, the following will display:
  • Matter number.
  • Client’s short name.
Debtors Mailing listThe debtor of the matter, at the time of receipting.
MemoThe Receipt’s memo.

If the item is expanded the following will display:
  • Invoice or Receipt Number.
Reversed The receipt’s reversal date
Amount ExThe receipt’s value excluding tax.
TaxThe receipt’s tax value.
Amount IncThe receipt’s value including tax.
