Includes two interconnected matter-related fitlers:

• Matter: Filters matters based on the selected option:
  • Current matters
  • Current matters with unbilled balance
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Acting.
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Responsible.
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Assisting
• Include All Matters: 
  • Yes: Includes all matters, including both current matters and non-current matters (e.g., completed or archived matters)
  • No: Includes only current matters and excludes non-current matters (default). 

NOTE: Matter options relate only to current matters and are therefore available only when Include All Matters is set to Yes.

Choose whether to display inactive staff members in the Staff list. The default option is No.

• Yes: Show both active and inactive staff in the Staff list
• No: Show only active staff in the Staff list. 

Provides a Staff list to choose from to only include matters where the selected staff member holds the relevant role depending on your Matters filter selection. 

• The Include Inactive Staff and Staff filters are only active when the Matters option is set to one of the following options: 
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Acting
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Responsible
  • Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Assisting
• These filters are not available when the Matters option is set to one of the following options: 
  • Current matters with unbilled balance
  • Current matters
• The Include Inactive Staff and Staff filters work together to limit results to matters where the selected staff member holds the relevant role.
  • For example, if you set the Matters option to Current matters unbilled balance by Staff Acting and set Include Inactive Staff to No, the Staff list will only display active staff members for you to select from. If you then select Staff A from the list, the filters will work together to show only matters where Staff A is designated as the Staff Acting.

The matter number.

NOTE: You can use the download icon next to the matter number to access the current Pre-Billing Guide with pre-billing details.

• Fees: The total amount of professional fees invoiced on the matter, inclusive of tax.
• Disbursements: The total amount of disbursements invoiced, including Cost Recoveries, Payments, Disbursement Journals and Anticipated Payments. Amounts are inclusive of tax.

NOTE: Billed-to-date Fees and Disbursements exclude items on draft invoices.

• Fees: The total amount of current billable professional fees on the matter, inclusive of tax. 
• Disbursements: The total amount of current billable disbursements on the matter, inclusive of tax. 

• Credits: The current Credit balance on the matter.
• Draft: The total value of current draft invoices on the matter.
• Finalised: The total outstanding value of current finalised invoices on the matter.

• Withdrawals: The total value of Client Funds withdrawal transactions.
• Deposits: The total value of Client Funds deposit transactions.
• Balances: The current balance of Client Funds for the matter.
