How To

By default, LawConnect uses the 'noreply@lawconnect.co.uk' email address to send a sharing notification email (e.g. 'A new document has been shared with you') when you securely share correspondence with clients and third parties.

If your law firm uses Microsoft 365, you can also set LawConnect to use your own email address to send these sharing notification emails when you securely share correspondence with clients and third parties.

Why use your own email address when sending LawConnect sharing notification emails?

In addition to LawConnect's popular custom logo and colour scheme customisation functionality for law firms, LawConnect can send sharing notification emails from your own email address for an enhanced client experience.

Clients and third parties can reply directly to you from LawConnect sharing notification emails.
