Welcome to the LEAP Marketplace! The best place to find apps that integrate with LEAP.  

The LEAP Marketplace offers a wide range of quality apps that add functionality and features to LEAP matters, cards and more. Anyone with a LEAP Account can browse, enable and manage apps.

To access the LEAP Marketplace:

 

Desktop: Click the LEAP Menu > Marketplace.

The LEAP Marketplace will open in a new window.

 

Web: Click  > App Marketplace.

The LEAP Marketplace will open.

Browsing Apps

 

When browsing the LEAP Marketplace, each app is labelled to indicate the platforms it is available on (such as Desktop, Web, or Reports) and the app type (such as Public App or Connector App).

Click the Filter icon to filter apps by Platform or App Type.

Integrator/Vendor/Integration Partner details for each app are displayed on the right-hand side, with additional apps from the same vendor listed below under More From This Vendor.

Connector Apps

 

When browsing the LEAP Marketplace, Connector apps are identified by a Connector badge.

If you are interested in a Connector app, you can contact the app vendor directly through the LEAP Marketplace to express your interest in the integration. When you click Send Enquiry, a new form will be displayed where you can submit your details to the app developer.

How Apps Are Updated

 

Apps are updated automatically, so you do not need to manually update them. Developers push updates in the background, ensuring you always have access to the latest features and improvements.

Enable an App

 

There are three access levels for the apps available within the LEAP Marketplace:

  • Staff App – Any LEAP user can enable or disable the app.
  • Firm App – Only Firm Admins can enable or disable the app.
  • Always On – The app is enabled automatically and cannot be disabled.

  1. A list of all available apps will be displayed once you open the LEAP Marketplace.

  2. Select one of the filters below to browse apps by category:

    • All Apps
    • Costs Management
    • Estate Management
    • Payments & Financial Services
    • Productivity
    • Specialist Billing

  3. Click on an app to view a detailed description.

  4. Click Enable for firm (installs the app for your entire firm) or Enable (installs the app only on your account) to activate the app.

Disable an App

 

  1. Click on My Apps on the left to view the apps you currently have enabled. 

  2. Locate the app you would like to disable.

  3. Click Disable or Disable for firm.

Permanent apps cannot be deactivated.

  2. Click Browse Categories, Apps & Developers to filter and view apps per category or use the Search bar at the top of the window.

    Alternatively, scroll through the available apps until you find the app you wish to enable.

  3. Click View on an app to see a more detailed description.

  4. Click Enable Firm (installs the app for your entire firm) or Enable (installs the app only on your account) to activate the app.

To view all of your currently enabled apps, click on your initials in the top right corner and select My Apps.

Disable an App

 

  1. Click on My Apps on the left to view the apps you currently have enabled. 

  2. Locate the app you would like to disable and click View to open.

  3. Click Disable or Disable for firm.

Although LEAP reviews each app in our Marketplace, we can’t give any guarantees. It’s up to you to assess the performance, quality and suitability of any app before going ahead. Support for third-party Marketplace apps are provided by the vendors and not by LEAP Support. You will also need to contact the vendors of third-party apps for queries about setup or pricing.
