If your Outlook storage is approaching its limit due to LEAP emails that have already been saved to matters, you can safely delete them from the LEAP Inbound and Outbound folders—provided they are visible in the corresponding matters within LEAP. These emails will still be retained in the Correspondence List of the matter in LEAP, as long as they have successfully uploaded to our servers. Please ensure you have a backup before deleting them, as we are unable to recover any emails that have been permanently deleted from Outlook and were not successfully uploaded to the LEAP server.
If you prefer not to delete these emails, we recommend contacting your IT team to request a storage upgrade.
