Online Payments Receipts Report (Client Account)

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Client Funds > Online Payments Receipts 

Purpose: The Online Payments Receipts report (previously known as the RapidPay Receipts report) lists all receipts processed through Online Payments and recorded in the Client Account Ledgers for a selected bank account within a specified period.

Filters:

Date Range Displays Online Payments transactions within the specified date range, based on the Transaction Date of an Online Payments transaction. 
Bank AccountA list of general Client Funds Bank Accounts. The report will display transactions for the selected bank account.

Report Fields:

DateTransaction Date: The Online Payments transaction date. 
Entry Date: Displayed underneath marked by an asterisk (*)
Receipt NumberThe reference number of the transaction. 
Payment Completion DateThe date the Online Payments transaction is cleared and is settled into your Bank Account. 
Received FromDisplays the following: 
  • Bank Deposit: Per bank deposit slip
  • Client Funds Request Receipt: Card attached to the Client Funds Request. 
  • Payment against an invoice where settlement to Client Funds is active: Receipt, <<Debtors Name>>. 
Matter Number, Client Name and Matter DescriptionDisplays the following: 
  • Matter number
  • Clients name 
  • Matter description
ReasonDisplays the following: 
  • Bank Deposit: Per bank deposit slip
  • Client Funds Request Receipt: Card attached to the Client Funds Request. 
  • Payment against an invoice where settlement to Client Funds is active: Online Payments Payment, <<Invoice Number>>.
Multi AmountThe receipt applied to multiple matters. 
Total AmountThe total amount of the receipt. 
BankedThe total amount of receipts banked.
