You are already familiar with the benefits of LEAP Online Payments (powered by RapidPay) where clients pay you faster through an embedded payment link on your LEAP invoice or email. Online Payments also minimises the admin hassle of receipting and reconciliation through automation. You may also use automated payment reminders to follow up clients for payment and bank data feeds to automatically reconcile your trust account.
LEAP’s new Online Payments feature (powered by FeeWise) is specifically designed for law firms and offers all the same functionality you are familiar with, including some great new features you will love:
— Get paid even faster and easier with ApplePay and GooglePay
— Create your own Payment Links to attach to any email or document which you can present on your website or display at reception
— Get your full matter balance paid with Matter Statement Checkout
— Create Payment Plans for clients to pay you automatically over time
— Store cards securely with Card Safe
— View, track and manage transactions from within your integrated Dashboard
What do you need to do?
Your firm will automatically migrate to the new Online Payments (powered by FeeWise) from the beginning of May through to June. We will notify you when we have completed the change and there is nothing you need to do to make this happen. A copy of the new T&Cs are located here.
