There will be a new Variation matter type
Immigration
There will new Deportation, Detention, Sponsorship and Family Reunion matter types
The previously named Nationality matter type will be renamed to Citizenship
The previously named matter type Entry Clearance will be renamed to Visa Application
Available from 14th September
Commercial Property
There will be a new Commercial Lease Assignment matter type
There will be a new Commercial Lease Variation matter type
There will be a new Commercial Lease – General matter type
The previously named matter Landlord & Tenant matter type will be renamed to Commercial Tenancy
The previously named matter Easement matter type will be renamed to Rights Over Land
Conveyancing and Property
There will be a new Commonhold matter type
There will be a new Conveyancing – General matter type
The Right to Acquire matter type will be moved from Community Care & House to the Conveyancing & Property area of law and renamed Purchase – Right to Acquire
The previously named matter Easement matter type will be renamed to Rights Over Land
The previously named matter New Build Sale matter type will be renamed to Sale – New Build
The previously named matter Buy to Let matter type will be renamed to Purchase – Buy to Let
The previously named matter Right to Buy matter type will be renamed to Purchase – Right to Buy

This is a new area of law that will replace the existing Community Care and Housing area of law which include:
- Healthcare
- Mental Health
- Court of Protection
- The previously named matter Safeguarding matter type renamed Adult Safeguarding
- The previously named matter Welfare Benefits matter type renamed Welfare - General
