Over the coming days, Microsoft are retiring an API that LEAP has previously used for Tasks and Appointment integration. Some firms using this older API will be prompted to update LEAP on the 27th, 28th and 31st October. This is not an optional update as it replaces the connection to this older API.
Please ensure you have the correct local permission to run the update on your PC or laptop.
Following the update you may need to re-authenticate your Microsoft 365 credentials in LEAP. You will need the details of your Microsoft 365 administrator account to do this. Once complete, LEAP and Microsoft 365 will work as before.
