View documents in LawConnect without creating an account
Upon login, your clients will now be presented with multiple ways to sign in. Clients without LawConnect credentials can simply access their files via a one-time access link (no password required) or their Google, Apple or Microsoft login credentials.
Gain greater trust in your firm
The more consistent your firm branding is, the more recognisable you will be to your clients. With LawConnect’s white labelling feature, you can now display your own logo and colours in the Client Portal instead of the default LawConnect branding.
Continue working with you online, knowing their data is safer than ever
As cybersecurity threats continue to rise, two new security tools join a suite of existing features that make LawConnect the most secure legal document sharing and collaboration tool today. Your clients can now see when they last accessed LawConnect as well as permanently delete their accounts.
Receive and respond to your requests faster
The new Timeline View display chronologically lists every item shared with your client, pinning items requiring immediate action at the top. Your clients can then reply to comments, upload files, sign documents and pay invoices online, all in one spot.
Pay their invoices quicker
With the new Invoices & Client Funds filter, clients can now view all their statements and pay their invoices securely online, within minutes.
These updates will occur automatically - there is no need for you or your clients to take action.
