The Domestic Violence Orders guide has been renamed to Domestic Abuse.
The title of the guide has been changed to better reflect the broader range of abusive behaviours that can occur in domestic settings. While domestic violence typically brings to mind physical harm, domestic abuse encompasses emotional, psychological, financial, and coercive control, among other forms of harm.
This update aligns the guide with current understandings and legal frameworks, ensuring it covers all aspects of abusive behaviour, not just physical violence.
