Following user requests, we have published two new precedents: a simple and straightforward Construction Agreement, suitable for use by homeowners and contractors, and a Deed of Release and Grant, which releases existing covenants and grants new ones.
These two documents can be found in the General deeds, agreements, statements, declarations, consents, and execution clauses folder, located in the Getting the matter underway folder of every matter plan.
This folder contains a plethora of precedents, including change of name deeds, personal data consents, a statutory declaration of solvency, and many more documents that practitioners need.
