Changes to the language and formalities around residential tenancies in Wales came into force in December 2022.
Our new Periodic Standard Occupation Contract is now included within the Short Residential Tenancy guide. All amendments and alterations are noted in Part 1, while Part 2 has the model contract terms from the Welsh Government, edited for clarity only.
