Improvements to the Probate Application Forms PA1P and PA1A
Updated versions of the Probate Application Forms PA1P and PA1A are available with new automation when opened from within Probate Matters.
This update includes:
- Executor and Deceased information captured in your matter are now included in the form.
- Up-to-date Application Fees & calculations based on the number of copies needed.
- Financial Information such as Asset Details and the value of any Foreign Assets listed and calculated on the form.
