Family Matter Updates in October 2025
Mediation Matters
- Party neutral Client & Other Side options such as Party 1, Party 2, Participant 1, Participant 2 have been added for selection when creating a Mediation matter type.
- Forms such as C100, Form A and FM1 are also available under Mediation matter types
Financial Remedy Matters
Additional critical dates have been added to Financial Remedy matters including:
- Divorce Application Issued, Conditional Order Granted and Final Order Granted Dates
- FDR and pFDR Hearing Dates
- Case Management Hearing, Directions Hearing, MPS / LSPO Hearing Dates
These dates are also available under Family General.
Updates have been made to Financial Remedy document such as:
- Draft letter of instruction to Actuary (in line with PAG2) - LC-ENG-FAM-088
- Letter to client - Financial Remedy proceedings issued - LC-ENG-FAM-089
- Draft letter of instruction for a property valuation - LC-ENG-FAM-090
- Letter to client with details of NCDR - LC-ENG-FAM-091
