Completion Statement Update

The Completion Statement has been updated in LEAP to improve the speed, formatting and functionality of the document.
Key improvements include:
- Refined LEAP for Word add-in: The fields on the LEAP for Word add-in have been reduced and now only display key question fields.
- Apportionments Included: Selecting 'Include Leasehold Fees' on the Conveyancing Details Table will now ensure apportionments are automatically included into the total balance on the Completion Statement document.
- Updated Statement Select Feature: Users are now able to select a statement view for Transfer matters, providing greater flexibility in transaction processing.
- Formatting Updates: Each statement type has been reviewed and reformatted with clearer headings and a more structured layout to enhance readability and accuracy.
The legacy Completion Statement will no longer be available in LEAP from 30th April 2025.
