LEAP has released version updates for forms within the Immigration matter type. This change is in line with the update from HM Courts & Tribunals Service on 19th October 2023 and includes the following forms:

• Form UTIAC1 - Application for judicial review
• Form UTIAC2 – Statement of service
• Form UTIAC3 – Acknowledgement of service
• Form UTIAC4 – Application for urgent consideration or interim relief with UTIAC1
• Form UTIAC5 – Application for urgent consideration or interim relief without UTIAC1
• Form UTIAC6 – Application notice – without consent
• Form UTIAC7 – Application notice – with consent
• Form UTIAC8 – Application notice – attendance of a witness
• Form UTIAC9 – Apply for an agreed adjournment – 14+ days’ notice
• Form UTIAC10 – Notice of withdrawal of all or part of a party’s case
• Form UTIAC11 – Application to reconsider permission form
• Form UTIAC12 – Fee following grant of permission on papers
• Form UTIAC13 – Fee following grant of permission at a hearing
• Form UTIAC14 – Apply for permission to appeal to the Court of Appeal
• Form UTIAC15 – Request for copies of documents from the tribunal
• Form UTIAC16 – Change in representation
