LEAP's stamp duty calculator within the Conveyancing Details table has been updated with new rates announced by the Chancellor on 23 September 2022. This includes:
- The threshold for residential property purchases has increased from £125,000 to £250,000
- The threshold for first-time buyers has increased from £300,000 to £425,000
These new rates are effective when:
- Completion Date is set to 23/09/2022 onwards; or
- Date Opened is set to 23/09/2022 onwards
