ENG | Removal of Immigration forms no longer in circulation

LEAP will be removing Immigration Office forms that have been withdrawn from circulation. The affected forms will be removed from LEAP from 1 May 2023. The forms being removed include:
- EEA(EFM) - Application for a registration certificate or residence card as the extended family member of a European Economic Area (EEA) or Swiss national
- EEA(FM) - Application for a registration certificate or residence card as the family member of a European Economic Area (EEA) or Swiss national
- EEA(PR) - Application for a document certifying permanent residence or permanent residence card under the EEA regulations
- EEA(QP) - Application for a registration certificate as an EEA national qualified person
