New Form - the Financial Statement (Form E) is now available as an Interactive P

An Interactive PDF version of the Financial Statement (Form E) is now available in LEAP. This form includes the following features:
  • initial pages will populate with information already held on your LEAP Matter;
  • the form will calculate the financial information & updates in real-time (no need to refresh the document);
  • add additional continuation pages;
  • question prompts assist with the completion of information and calculations within the document; and
  • additional guidance and helpful tips have been added to help complete and understand the form.
