Matters Due for Exchange Report

Location: LEAP Menu > Reports > Matters & Clients > Conveyancing > Matters Due for Exchange

Purpose: Lists Conveyancing matters with an upcoming Exchange Date, filterable by matter type and staff.

Report Trigger: Displays Conveyancing matters due for exchange based on the Exchange Date entered under Calendar & Tasks on the matter.

To be included in this report, a matter must have an Exchange Date entered under the Calendar & Tasks tab and the Exchange Date has not passed at the time of generating the report. 

Filters:

Staff Includes two filters: 
  • Staff Responsible: Filters matters to include only those that match the selected Staff Responsible. 
  • Staff Acting: Filters matters to include only those that match the selected Staff Acting. 
Matter Type Filters matters to include only those that match the selected matter type(s). 
Display

Includes two display options:

1. Group By: Allows the report to be grouped by one of the following options: 

  • None: No grouping is applied. 
  • Matter Type (default)
  • Staff Responsible
  • Staff Acting

2. Expand Row Groups: When generating the report, either expand or collapse the grouping results.

Report Fields:

Matter No. The Conveyancing Matter's matter number.
ClientThe matter's client(s).
Matter TypeThe matter's matter type. 
Property AddressThe Property Address details entered in the Property table.
Person ResponsibleThe Staff Responsible on the matter.
Person Acting The Staff Acting on the matter.
Exchange/ Contract  The Exchange Date entered under the Calendar & Tasks tab
