Update Your InfoTrack Credentials in LEAP

Update your InfoTrack credentials in LEAP:

Ensure you have the InfoTrack credentials on hand first.

Then please follow these steps in the Application Settings - Integrations > InfoTrack Credentials article to disconnect the integration and reconnect to integrate LEAP with InfoTrack.

VOI (Verification of Identity)

If the VOI (Verification of Identity) is not loading, please ensure that your Internet connection is stable. If the issue still occurs, check if the problem is occuring for ONE matter in particular or for ALL matters.

Save changes to the matter and then verify that you can access the VOI button. If the problem is for all matters, please contact LEAP Client Services.

If the conveyancing client is not receiving the code for VOI, please check the client's phone number. If the issue persists, please contact InfoTrack as LEAP provides a portal to InfoTrack but InfoTrack send the code.
