Don't change any journals in Xero as it will adversely affect reporting and VAT Return calculations. If an error has been made, reverse and re-enter the transaction in LEAP.
Once journals have been exported to Xero, they're readily accessible. These journals will automatically appear on all relevant reports and screens, e.g., VAT Return calculations and office bank account reconciliations.
If you can't locate the journal in Xero, make sure the journal entry has an Upload status in LEAP's General Ledger Link page in your default browser.
LEAP provides advice regarding the content and transfer of LEAP journals to Xero. However, LEAP cannot provide assistance in the use of Xero. Please contact the respective company's helpdesk for further assistance.
